GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Sales Support Coordinator provides high-level support to sales leadership by acting as a liaison between commercial and non-commercial teams, gathering information to streamline processes, problem solving to identify stopgaps, and encouraging and implementing standard work.


The Sales Support Coordinator will independently manage projects from conception to completion, proficiently work under pressure at times to manage a wide variety of activities, effectively communicate across a broad corporate platform, and consistently maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas of performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects from inception through completion, working cross functionally with various teams to achieve company targets
  • Respond rapidly to urgent customer needs, acting as a liaison between commercial and non-commercial functions
  • Lead effective problem solving and establish standard processes for sustainment
  • Extract and analyze data from internal systems for sales management
  • Support sales management and the Corporate Sales organization to retain customer documents, ensuring information is reflected accurately in internal systems
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell
  • Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.
  • Routinely required to reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
